1 - How many computers can I installl to?

The licence key allows ONE user to install to ONE PC. It can not be sold on or used by another user.

2 - What system requirements do I need?

The program will work on Windows XP, Vista and 7. Please make sure you have the latest direct x installed and that you run the program as ADMINISTRATOR.

3 - I have a error what do I do?

If possible take a screenshot and send it to admin@rafnet.co.uk providing as much information as possible about how and when the error occurred.

4 - I want to buy more than one licence will I get a discount?

Yes if you purchase more than one licence key at once we will give upto 20% discount depending on the number of licences.

5 - A feature was working but now its not working!

Restart the progra. and try. If not then restart your PC and then try. Double check your installation some files may have been deleted or corrupted, so try reinstalling. If you tried all these check your PC settings or email us.
